The Customer Service Representative supports the commercial and customer care organization by performing order administration, customer data management, quotation support, and other operational activities. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and execution of standardized processes while developing customer service and business knowledge.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within ERP systems.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term, trusted relationships.
Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses.
Maintain and update customer master data, pricing information, and contractual records.
Support quotation preparation and quotation follow-up activities.
Coordinate routine order-related activities between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Care teams.
Support shipment tracking and delivery status communication.
Assist with customer onboarding activities and account setup.
Manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Support commercial teams with supplier registrations, questionnaires, and administrative requests.
Ensure customer data accuracy across systems and databases.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and process standardization.
Follow defined procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or business operations.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
Experience in a customer-oriented environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work with repetitive and transactional processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn new systems and digital tools quickly.
Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł7.083,30 - zł14.700,00 Per MonthDepending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
