As an Environmental Specialist, you will play a key role in protecting the environment while supporting operational excellence across our facilities. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
Conduct environmental assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop, implement, and maintain Environmental Management Systems aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
Monitor environmental performance metrics, including waste, energy, water, and emissions.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and internal policies.
Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies and business stakeholders.
Deliver environmental training and promote awareness of sustainable practices.
Investigate environmental incidents and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support sustainability initiatives and collaborate across teams to integrate environmental considerations into operations and projects.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 14001.
Experience with environmental auditing, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and technical report preparation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related discipline.
Professional environmental certification such as CHMM, REM, or equivalent.
