***This is a fully remote position that can be home-based anywhere within the U.S. ***
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partners with Director of Creative Ops and Creative Directors, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and creative expertise across cross departmental projects, with a focus on tier 1 and 2 projects. (20%)
Coordinates and manages the day-to-day flow of creative work, keeping projects moving forward while maintaining visibility into status, dependencies, and deliverables. (20%)
Participates in creative development and production meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and final deliverables. (15%)
Manages the development and production of print and digital marketing efforts, including TV, radio, print, digital video, social media, websites, banners, and experiential initiatives. (20%)
Interfaces with Marketing Project Managers and key Marketing leaders to ensure projects remain on track to meet agreed-upon milestones and expectations. (10%)
Provides clear direction and operational support to creative teams, helping define tasks, deliverables, and next steps while removing obstacles to progress. (10%)
Supports the Creative Operations Director in implementing new workflow solutions and optimization efforts, contributing to continuous improvement across Creative Operations. (5%)
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field
Certificate(s) or License(s): None
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or project management at a creative agency or in-house team
Driver’s License Requirement(s): None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of the creative and production process across multiple channels, including print, digital, video, social, and experiential.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other project managers, creative teams, marketing partners, and operational leaders.
Experience managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance operational rigor with flexibility, empathy and respect for creative workflows.
Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires approximately 5-10% travel for business purposes, including attendance at organizational meetings, cross-departmental workshops.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is performed in a remote/home office environment.
Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and video conferencing.
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to support virtual collaboration.
Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) may be required for transporting materials during business travel or events.
