Product Marketing Manager – Road OR Mountain Bike
We are hiring two Product Marketing Managers: one dedicated to our Road category and one dedicated to our Mountain Bike category.
ENVE is looking for two experienced product marketers who deeply understand cycling and the riders they will serve. One position will lead product marketing for our Road category, while the other will lead product marketing for our Mountain Bike category.
ENVE Composites | Ogden, Utah
Are you a marketer who understands why cyclists obsess over the details—and knows how to turn those details into a compelling reason to choose one product over another? At ENVE, we're looking for experienced Product Marketing Managers to help lead the marketing strategy for two key areas of our cycling business. We're not looking for one person to cover both categories—we're building dedicated product marketing expertise for each.
This isn't simply a campaign-management role. We're looking for someone who understands the rider, the product, the competitive landscape, and the business—and can bring those pieces together to create product positioning and go-to-market strategies that resonate with cyclists around the world.
You'll serve as a critical link between Product Management and the marketplace, partnering closely with Engineering, Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Customer Experience, athletes, dealers, distributors, and regional teams throughout the product lifecycle. If you know cycling, love great products, understand what makes riders care, and can translate technical product advantages into stories that drive demand, we'd love to meet you.
ENVE Composites, based in Ogden, Utah, is a leading manufacturer of premium carbon fiber bicycle components and bikes. Since 2007, we've been driven by innovation, precision, and a passion for creating world-class cycling products. Our team is made up of people who ride, create, challenge convention, and take tremendous pride in the products we bring to market.
What you'll do…
This role combines product strategy, market insight, storytelling, and commercial execution.
You'll own the product marketing strategy for your assigned category and help ensure that ENVE develops the right positioning, tells the right story, reaches the right riders, and successfully brings products to market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing product marketing and category growth strategies based on rider needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, dealer feedback, athlete input, and business objectives.
- Creating compelling product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Leading go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution for new product launches from concept through commercialization.
- Translating complex engineering and product features into clear, authentic, rider-relevant stories.
- Developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, content, paid media, dealer programs, and other channels.
- Creating sales enablement tools, dealer communications, product training, and other resources that help our teams and partners confidently represent ENVE products.
- Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sports Marketing, Sales, Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, athletes, dealers, distributors, and regional partners.
- Monitoring sales, market, customer, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and continuously improve our approach.
- Supporting industry events, media activities, athlete activations, dealer meetings, and other opportunities to bring ENVE products and stories to life.
Ultimately, you'll help answer one of the most important questions in product marketing:
Why should this rider choose this ENVE product?
And then you'll help make sure the answer comes through clearly and consistently everywhere that rider encounters our brand.
This role is probably a great fit if you…
- Understand cycling beyond the surface level and can speak credibly about the products, riders, disciplines, and culture that make the sport unique.
- Have meaningful knowledge of the Road or Mountain Bike market, including the riders, products, brands, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Love digging into a product to understand what genuinely makes it different—and finding the most compelling way to communicate that difference.
- Can move comfortably between technical product conversations with Engineering and compelling consumer-facing storytelling.
- Think strategically but enjoy the execution required to successfully bring a product to market.
- Understand that great product marketing starts with the customer, not the marketing calendar.
- Can use market research, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales data to make better decisions.
- Are comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives even when the people involved don't report to you.
- Know how to balance brand, product, rider, and commercial objectives.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you're managing multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and priorities.
- Are as interested in measuring whether the work worked as you are in creating it.
What Success Looks Like
As you grow into the role, you'll help ENVE:
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning for products within your assigned category.
- Build deeper understanding of Road and Mountain Bike riders, competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create disciplined, effective go-to-market strategies that improve product launch execution.
- Strengthen the connection between Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, athletes, dealers, and the end rider.
- Translate ENVE's engineering and product advantages into compelling stories that riders understand and value.
- Equip our sales teams, dealers, distributors, and regional partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully represent our products.
- Develop integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand while remaining authentic to the ENVE brand.
- Use data and market feedback to continuously improve product marketing strategy and execution.
- Contribute to the long-term growth and strength of ENVE's Road and Mountain Bike businesses.
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to market cycling products. We're looking for someone who understands why riders make the choices they make and can connect that insight to product strategy, positioning, storytelling, and commercial results.
