Senior Account Supervisor, Brand

As a Senior Account Supervisor, Brand at Zeno, you will lead communications programs, partnering closely with clients, account teams, and cross-functional specialists to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution while operating within a regulated industry.
You'll guide client programs, oversee media relations initiatives, contribute to business growth, and mentor junior team members while helping clients achieve their communications and business objectives.
About the Role:
Client Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing communications programs, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional client service across multiple accounts.
Brand Communications: Develop messaging, content, and communications programs that support brand and business objectives.
Media Relations & Executive Visibility: Lead media relations programs, including outreach planning, spokesperson preparation, media materials development, and relationship-building with key journalists.
Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute integrated communications initiatives, events, and campaigns across traditional and emerging channels.
Business Growth & New Business Support: Contribute to agency growth through client expansion opportunities and participation in cross-practice and cross-office new business efforts.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and support junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, delegation, and opportunities for professional growth.
Account Operations & Delivery: Oversee account budgets, timelines, resources, media plans, and deliverables, ensuring programs are delivered successfully, on budget, and to a high standard.
About You:
6+ years of experience in public relations, communications, brand marketing, or related fields within an agency or fast-paced communications environment.
Strong media relations experience, with a track record of building journalist relationships, securing earned coverage, and supporting executive visibility programs.
Experience developing and executing communications programs that support brand and business objectives.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with experience developing client-facing materials.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex communications challenges while building strong client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience contributing to integrated campaigns spanning earned, owned, social, executive visibility, or reputation management programs.
Experience supporting business development, client growth initiatives, or new business pitches.
Pay Range: $100,000-$ 125,000 USD/yr.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
