Software Engineer

Job Summary.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
• Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations

(server-side and client-side)

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
• Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM
• Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD.
• Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

referred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Min 3+ Years of experience in Servicenow

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (CSM, MCO, APO )
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience supporting global enterprise environments
