Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the activation, optimisation and delivery of campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video and Display. You'll work closely with planning, client and specialist teams whilst managing both onshore and offshore activation resources to ensure best-in-class execution and exceptional client outcomes. You'll have ownership of significant digital investment, manage complex stakeholder relationships and help shape the future growth of digital capability within the agency. The role also includes responsibility for financial processes, media investment governance and commercial complianceResponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end activation and delivery of digital campaigns across Programmatic, Search, Social, Video and Display.
- Drive campaign optimisation strategies and performance outcomes across multiple digital channels.
- Manage and develop a team of onshore and offshore digital specialists, executives and coordinators.
- Build strong relationships with clients, media partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead campaign reporting, insights generation and performance reviews.
- Oversee financial processes including purchase orders, reconciliations, invoicing and budget governance.
- Ensure best practice implementation, quality control and operational excellence across all campaigns.
- Manage significant digital investment across high-profile, performance-led clients.
- Partner closely with planning, client and specialist teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong performance media experience across Search, Social and Programmatic.
- Proven experience managing large digital budgets and complex client accounts.
- Previous people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing junior talent.
- Confident managing teams across multiple levels and supporting both onshore and offshore resources.
- Commercially minded, with experience overseeing financial processes, reconciliations and account governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within a large agency environment is highly regarded.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven client environment.
- Passionate about digital media, continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
