Where You'll Make a Difference

• Assist in conducting pilot plant trials for plant-based barista beverage formulations.
• Prepare and test beverage samples using different recipes and processing conditions.
• Evaluate coffee application performance, including barista-related attributes such as foam quality, stability, and sensory characteristics.
• Record experimental data and summarize trial results.
• Support laboratory and pilot plant activities, including sample preparation and equipment clean-up.
• Collaborate with the Application team to analyze findings and recommend formulation improvements.
• Prepare a final internship report and deliver a presentation summarizing project outcomes and key learnings.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in food and beverage product development, especially plant-based products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
