We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Registration Focus) who thrives on creating smooth, stress-free experiences for members, volunteers, and families. In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring girls can register for programs, adults can become volunteers, and every event starts with the right people in the right place. 

What You'll Do

Run the Registration Experience

• Manage registrations for memberships, trainings, programs, and special events. 
• Help create seamless sign-up experiences from start to finish. 
• Set up events, participant details, confirmations, and communications across multiple platforms. 
• Ensure every customer receives the information they need to feel prepared and confident. 

Be the Data Champion

• Maintain accurate membership and registration records across systems including Salesforce, Hybris, UltraCamp, gsEvents, and Rallyhood.
• Monitor data quality and help ensure compliance with council and GSUSA standards. 
• Stay current on system upgrades and evolving registration processes. 

Solve Problems & Support Members

• Serve as the go-to resource for registration-related questions and challenges. 
• Help families, volunteers, and staff navigate memberships, events, and program registrations. 
• Resolve issues with ownership, empathy, and urgency.

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site in Salt Lake City. 
• Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, plus a Friday half-day. 
• Occasional evenings or weekends for special events.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required. 
• Minimum one year in-person office and customer service experience. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
• Minimum 1yr of heavy experience in a Customer Relationship Management platform required. Experience in Salesforce preferred.
• Experience working with volunteers and staff in nonprofit or multicultural environments preferred. 
• 1 year of previous experience in Girl Scouts (volunteer or staff) greatly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing highly desirable but not required.
