Hiring Range
$60,600.00 - $83,325.00/Annual Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Overview
The Marketing Manager works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Lifelong Health Director of Sales and is responsible for the marketing of independent living and assisted living. Responsible for coordinating events, providing tours, marketing services in the local communities and working with prospective residents and/or families to ensure a smooth transition onto the community campus.
What you will do
- Works with maintenance and housekeeping to make sure apartments and/or rooms are move-in ready and work orders are completed.
- Coordinates campus and outreach event preparations, promotion, and execution. Represents the facility in a professional and knowledgeable manner at community outreach events.
- Schedules health assessments with nursing staff and contacts physicians to secure paperwork for final approval. Maintains contact with financial advisors, lawyers, physicians, and extended family relative to depositor's move.
- Coordinates the scheduling of prospect meetings, tours, and related communications. Manages the admissions process by coordinating the timely review and approval of the required paperwork between prospective independent living & assisted living residents and other departments, including the departments of resident services, nursing, and by maintaining a database to track essential paperwork.
- Meets with prospective residents to determine their initial needs, clearly communicates information about the community and guides prospects and other visitors on walking tours as necessary. Makes recommendations for care level.
- Markets to the local community to ensure occupancy goals are met within independent living, assisted living and memory support.
- Processes deposits and refunds and prepares associated correspondence.
- Tracks leads generated and records all activity in current CRM. Maintains accurate records relative to each. Understands how to generate weekly and monthly sales and occupancy reports. Refers leads that the community cannot accommodate to other Riverside services.
- Maintains updated comparative analysis of local area retirement communities.

Education
- Bachelors Degree, (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
- Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
- Valid Drivers License Required
