Pre-Employment Process: Prior to appointment, applicants must undergo a background check, which includes fingerprinting and a medical exam.
Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work overtime, including evening and weekend hours.
- Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Module
- Knowledge of PS Query and/or SQL
- Proficient knowledge in one other HCM module area: Human Resource, Benefit Administration, and Time & Labor
EDUCATION: A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, public or business administration, human resources, information technology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or closely related field of study.
Qualifying degrees must be completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. Degrees or coursework completed outside the U.S. must be accompanied with an evaluation report from a reputable credential evaluation service showing equivalency to degrees or coursework completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. (Must be attached if applicable.) Refer to the NACES website for more information on evaluation services.
