What Value This Role Will Bring 

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the DMC brand and supporting business growth through trade show management, content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, and marketing communications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives while helping showcase DMC's products and capabilities to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of 30+ domestic and international trade shows annually.
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing content for catalogs, brochures, sales flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Design and produce print and digital marketing assets, including product literature, social media graphics, website imagery, and advertising materials.
• Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Assist with ongoing updates to the company website, including product information, trade show announcements, and marketing content.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives through content development, creative design, and cross-functional collaboration 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere or other video editing software.
• Photography experience.
• Experience supporting trade shows, event coordination, or B2B marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
