Vice President, Talent Acquisition
Build the talent engine behind exceptional care
Perimeter Healthcare is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy, operations, technology, and workforce planning. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, this executive will partner with operational, business, and HR leaders to build scalable hiring practices and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring-manager experience.
This is an opportunity to shape how the organization attracts, assesses, hires, and preboards talent across a complex, high-volume healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead enterprise recruiting strategy, workforce planning, competitive intelligence, and talent market analysis.
Build proactive sourcing programs, including passive-candidate engagement, talent pipelines, assessments, referrals, and interview training.
Standardize and continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and technology across the organization.
Establish recruiting metrics and benchmarks from requisition approval through start date, including speed, quality, and application-conversion measures.
Partner with leaders to address short- and long-term talent needs and achieve strong hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local hiring requirements, including EEO and healthcare regulatory expectations.
Manage the recruitment budget and use market and competitor insights to guide strategy.
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing talent acquisition team across sourcing, selection, and preboarding.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
At least 15 years of recruitment experience; healthcare experience preferred.
At least 7 years of management experience leading high-volume talent acquisition teams.
Demonstrated success developing enterprise recruiting strategies, workforce plans, standardized processes, and data-driven hiring programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an applicant tracking system; JazzHR experience preferred.
Strong executive presence, communication, judgment, adaptability, and accountability.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree.
SPHR designation or equivalent HR certification.
Experience with digital sourcing tools, social media, job boards, and passive-candidate recruitment.
Travel
Regular travel is required. The successful candidate must be willing to travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time to support regional and division leaders and conduct business reviews.
