About the Role
- Lead supply chain process development operations, sustainability and compliance.
- Drive supplier performance, reporting, process improvement and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to support business priorities, supplier decisions and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, supplier set-up, approvals, information management and ongoing record maintenance.
- Supplier requirements: Define, communicate and maintain supplier requirements across operational standards, ethical trading, sustainability, product compliance and ways of working.
- Process, reporting and visibility: Improve supplier operations processes, reporting tools and dashboards to increase visibility of supplier status, compliance progress, sustainability activity, risks and key performance measures.
- Cross-functional support: Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, Quality, Finance and Logistics teams to provide supplier guidance, resolve operational queries and support decision-making.
- Risk and efficiency:Identify supplier and supply chain risks, recommend practical solutions and drive efficiencies that support stronger supplier performance and improved ways of working.
- Packaging, labels and trims: Manage supplier-facing requirements for packaging, labels and trims, supporting consistency, compliance, sustainability goals, cost awareness and operational efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Supply chain background: Experience in supplier operations, sourcing, production, product development or a related supply chain role.
- Supplier compliance and sustainability: Strong understanding of supplier standards, ethical trading, responsible sourcing and compliance documentation.
- Supplier management: Confidence managing supplier relationships, onboarding, operational queries and performance expectations.
- Process improvement: Ability to simplify ways of working, improve processes and create tools that increase visibility and efficiency.
- Reporting and analysis: Comfortable working with excel and other data sources to monitor KPIs and dashboards to identify risks, priorities and opportunities.
- Stakeholder management: Strong communicator who can work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Commercial awareness: Understanding of how supplier performance, lead times, cost, compliance and process efficiency affect delivery.
- Problem solving: Ability to work independently, manage priorities and resolve supplier or process challenges.
Desirable Experience
- Fashion, retail or lifestyle experience: Experience in a product-led, multi-category retail environment.
- Sustainability and ethical trading: Familiarity with supplier codes of conduct, audits, certifications or responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Systems and data management: Experience using supplier portals, PLM, ERP, compliance trackers or reporting dashboards.
- Packaging, trims or labelling: Understanding of packaging, care labels, trims or branded components.
- Project or change management: Experience supporting process change, supplier onboarding, system implementation or operational improvements.
