In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop predictive solutions, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

If you're energized by building machine learning models, solving complex analytical challenges, and translating technical findings into meaningful business outcomes, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

  • Apply advanced analytics, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.
  • Continuously monitor model performance and recommend enhancements that improve accuracy, effectiveness, and business value.
  • Support and maintain existing analytical and predictive modeling solutions while identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.

Transform Data into Actionable Insights

  • Gather, integrate, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Perform data exploration, analysis, and querying to identify meaningful trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Present insights, model results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business problems, prioritize opportunities, and define analytical solutions.
  • Work closely with model validators, model risk teams, compliance partners, vendors, and technology teams throughout the model lifecycle.
  • Provide a holistic view of analytical findings by connecting data, business context, and organizational objectives.
  • Support model governance, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing performance management activities.

Drive Modernization & Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives focused on modernizing analytical environments, workflows, and processes, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Contribute to the migration of models, workflows, and operations into evolving cloud platforms.
  • Measure and monitor results from implemented recommendations and model deployments.
  • Ensure all data acquisition, usage, analysis, and reporting activities comply with company standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

    • Statistical Analysis
    • Data Visualization
    • Advanced Analytics
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, R, SAS, or similar tools used for analytics, model development, and data extraction
  • Experience working with large, diverse, and complex data environments

  • Understanding of machine learning methodologies, algorithms, and model lifecycle management
  • Experience collaborating with governance, compliance, validation, or risk management partners
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
