As part of our Liquid Middle Office team, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and shape the next generation of data capabilities supporting our clients and investment professionals worldwide.
Your responsibilities
Serve as the primary business partner and trusted advisor for liquid markets teams regarding our enterprise data platform;
Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable data solutions, working closely with technology and data teams;
Own and drive change initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and successful deployment;
Lead cross-functional projects and contribute subject matter expertise to larger strategic transformation initiatives;
Support our data management and IT teams in enhancing our data quality controls and the day-to-day management of incidents;
Hands-on involvement in various data initiatives, from creating initial idea and PoC to deployment and then training and handover to business and data-management teams;
Enable business teams to work with the data platform to improve quality and efficiency of their processes but also to grow their business with the help of new data initiatives;
Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholder groups;
Take a proactive role in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to design the digitalization of a successful asset manager.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent in business administration, information systems or a related field; additional qualifications are an advantage;
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, change management, data initiatives, or technology projects within financial services, asset management or consulting;
Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products and asset management processes; first exposure to alternative investments is a plus;
Exposure to data warehouse, analytics, or enterprise data platform solutions;
Interest and initial experience using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, data analysis, or business processes;
Strong analytical thinking combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset;
Experience in business analysis and collaborating with interdisciplinary IT / business teams;
Proactive and well organized, with the ability to take ownership , and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
A collaborative, resilient and open personality, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
