What We Need

We are looking for a Collections Analyst who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

· Analytical, organized, and prioritized t to achieve the requested goals?

· A decision maker who has strategic vision and great communicative skills?

· Teamwork

As the Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the contact with the customer for all account receivables.

A Day in the Life

· Customers delinquency analysis and communication,

· Special process for customers (upload invoices, PO, statements, etc...),

· Follow up open items for customers billing/disputes.

· Visit to customers, travel 10%

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting or related,

· Experience of at least 5 years on accounts receivable, customer care, billing, or accounts payables,

· Experience in services industries/companies, and B2B relation companies (not mass consumer),

· Fluent English written and spoken,

· Excel – Advanced,

· SAT regulations – basic.
