Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the multi-year marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and business priorities.
• Drive profitable growth through portfolio management, market expansion, customer segmentation, and commercialization strategies.
•  Influence enterprise decision-making through market intelligence, competitive insights, customer analytics, and business forecasting.
•  Lead and develop senior marketing leaders and foster a high-performance, inclusive organization.
• Partner with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Finance, R&D, and Operations to shape business strategy and resource allocation.
• Own marketing investment planning and budget management, ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Champion innovation and identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Establish key performance metrics and accountability frameworks to drive business results and continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization with customers, industry associations, key opinion leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and enterprise-wide marketing transformations.
• Design and execute the comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy (offline & online) aligned with Vantive LAN´s portfolio of digital products and solutions

Qualifications:

• Executive-level strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior executives across functions and geographies.
• Strong financial leadership, including P&L understanding, investment prioritization, and growth planning.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational and commercial transformations.
• Ability to anticipate market shifts and translate insights into competitive advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience building and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong change management and enterprise leadership capabilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• BS/BA required with five to eight years experience in marketing, MBA strongly preferred. 
• 12+ years of progressive marketing, commercial, or business leadership experience, including significant experience leading managers and cross-functional organizations. Health-care/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise marketing strategies, driving business growth, managing large budgets, and influencing executive-level decision making.
• Experience leading global and/or multi-market organizations preferred.
• Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing projects.
• Background in strategic planning and business development helpful.
