About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a motivated HR Delivery Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will execute HR operations, support payroll activities, ensure compliance with HR processes, and contribute to continuous process improvements. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and local vendors to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services.
What you will do:
- Execute HR delivery activities in line with established processes and procedures, including payroll processing for Tunisia.
- Investigate and resolve escalated HR issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform required SOX controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage HR-related invoicing and support financial operations.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
The skills you bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Delivery, Payroll, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws in Tunisia and/or Algeria.
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity.
- Professional proficiency in English.
