Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced pick packer to join our warehousing team based in Rouse Hill. While experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting is required, vast experience is not essential, we encourage eager learners to apply.

This role involves picking and packing orders, Kit preparation, basic provisioning and contributing to the efficiency of our warehouse operations and stock control.

• Accurate picking and packing orders.
• Assisting with the receiving of orders.
• Assisting in Kit preparation and basic provisioning
• Executing sortation and dispatching tasks.
• Performing manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Proven reliability - we need a team player who will be committed to the role (this will also need to be backed up by a reputable reference)
• Ability to do lifting and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of literacy.
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Experience with pick packing and working in a similar warehousing role.

Come and Join the EROAD family as a part of our Distribution team! on a temporary / fixed term contract for 10 Months with possible extension. $38.75 an hour. 30 hour a week minimum, flexible on days and times as long as you do 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

·        Dispatch goods, ensure products are picked, processed and Packed

·        Assist with returns.

·        Assist the Inventory team with stock accuracy targets via cycle counting and stock takes.

·        Lead and participate in maintaining a clean and healthy working environment to enable optimal performance levels for the team.

About you:

·        Preferably, you would have had some warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, however we are open to any work that demonstrated speed and efficiency.

·        You're known for your meticulous attention to detail and love for multitasking, enjoying variety in your work.

·        Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients, showcasing confidence in communication.

·        A team player that values collaboration and comradery.
