Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO)

We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across, Virginia, Tennessee and South Carolina. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.

If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and data-driven storyteller, this is where you make your mark.

Location: Virginia (highly preferred), Tennessee, South Carolina - must reside within region

Regional Travel Required

Compensation Range: $80,000–$125,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
• Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
• Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
• Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
• Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
• Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
• Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
• Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
• Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
