-
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external contractors, suppliers and service providers.
-
Oversee contractor activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with required standards.
-
Support succession planning, skills development and long-term engineering capability.
-
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement across the engineering function.
About You
You will be an established engineering leader with a strong technical background and a proven ability to improve operational performance, develop people and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You will be comfortable balancing strategic planning with practical problem-solving, bringing a structured and data-led approach to maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.
