Within IBG Netherlands, we specialize in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. Together we are concept builders with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands from your favorite shopping street. What will you do as a Sales Support intern? 

As a Sales Support intern within the commercial sales team (key accounts), you will support our account managers, project managers and sales support colleagues in managing customer accounts, preparing meetings and customer presentations, and coordinating daily sales activities. You will combine accuracy, communication and commercial insight to help us build a streamlined and professional sales process.

For example, you are involved in:

• Support in managing customer accounts and daily sales projects.

• Preparation and follow-up of quotations, sample requests and customer presentations.

• Maintaining and updating CRM data, sales pipeline and customer files.

• Collecting customer and market information to support the sales process.

• Follow up on internal actions with NPD, buying, operations and marketing & design to efficiently handle customer questions.

• Supporting commercial reports, sales analyses and preparing customer meetings.

By doing so, you play an important role in ensuring the continuity and quality of our sales process, ensuring that our customer proposals remain sharp, relevant and timely.
