We are looking for a Medior Performance Marketeer to help build a scalable, repeatable acquisition engine.

Build and optimize a scalable acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified leads and turns marketing investments into measurable sales opportunities.

Your profile

What you'll be doing

1. Paid & Organic Acquisition

• Build, launch, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across channels Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Generate qualified leads for OPG's different propositions.
• Test audiences, messaging, channels, and campaign approaches.
• Work with the Content Marketeer to turn content into effective acquisition campaigns.

2. Conversion & Funnel Optimization

• Build and optimize lead magnets and conversion journeys.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across the marketing funnel.
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with SDRs & Sales to improve lead quality and conversion into opportunities

3. Marketing Automation & Operations

• Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation in HubSpot.
• Maintain lead tracking, attribution, and reporting across acquisition channels.
• Help create scalable processes that make lead generation increasingly repeatable.

4. Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Monitor and report on KPIs such as qualified leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on data.
• Recommend how marketing budgets should be allocated across channels and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
• 2–4 years in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing
• Fluent English. German is a strong advantage
• Strong execution power: you turn strategy into action. 
• Proven ability to launch and optimize campaigns independently
• Commercial mindset: you understand how demand generation drives growth
• Analytical, structured, and comfortable running experiments
• Growth mindset. You want to improve every month
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and analytics tools
• Understanding of B2B lead generation, conversion funnels, and pipeline metrics
• Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, monday.com or Airtable
