Manager (Integrated Marketing)

[What the role is]

The Manager (Integrated Marketing) supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that build PA's mindshare and strengthen its connection with residents and the community. The role coordinates Whole-of-PA marketing efforts through campaign planning, performance measurement, governance and marketing enablement. It also manages PA's key digital touchpoints to strengthen brand presence, audience experience and engagement in support of PA's mission to spark and nurture community participation.

[What you will be working on]

1. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, including content development, media planning and campaign delivery, to strengthen awareness of and engagement with PA, its programmes and initiatives.

2. Manage and optimise PA's Corporate Website across content, visuals, brand positioning and user experience, coordinating with PA divisions and ICT to maintain an audience-centric, relevant and consistent public-facing digital experience. 

 

3. Manage and enhance PA's owned digital platforms and channels, including the PA Intranet, by coordinating content, audience engagement and user experience with relevant stakeholders to strengthen PA's digital presence and communication effectiveness. 

 

4. Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and audience insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise content and channels, and support data-informed marketing decisions. 

 

5. Coordinate Whole-of-PA marketing governance and enablement, including PA's Marcom Grid, guidelines, circulars and advisories, to strengthen marketing practices and support compliance with PA and Whole-of-Government requirements. 

6. Coordinate stakeholder, procurement and governance requirements by working with ICT, Whole-of-Government stakeholders, agencies and vendors on digital operations, procurement and relevant governance matters to support effective delivery and compliance with government requirements. 

7. Provide marketing and digital guidance to PA divisions and units on areas such as campaign execution, website operations, digital channels and industry best practices to strengthen capabilities and consistency across PA’s marketing efforts.

[What we are looking for]

Must-haves

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, communications, campaign management or a related field.

• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content development, audience engagement and marketing performance measurement.

• Ability to interpret campaign data and audience insights and translate them into practical recommendations.

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, agencies and partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail and brand consistency.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

 

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing corporate websites, digital platforms or owned communication channels, including content and user experience.

• Familiarity with marketing governance, procurement processes and working in a public-sector or similarly complex organisation.

• Experience developing marketing guidelines, or organisational best practices.

• Knowledge of website UX, digital analytics, conversion optimisation and emerging digital marketing trends.
