Job Description:

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can drive high-volume hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and manage multiple recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a proactive recruiter who knows how to find the right talent, keep candidates engaged, and deliver results, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, company websites, staffing firms, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and upcoming requirements.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Apply creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
• Communicate hiring updates and candidate progress with stakeholders and clients.
• Support additional recruitment tasks and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruitment pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• RPO or staffing industry experience is preferred.
