Senior Business Transformation Lead – Senior Vice President

Overview

PM/BA core operations lead for Cross Operations strategic migration programs.

Initial focus will be on the Basic Cosmos Retirement (BCR) programme which is a key Consent Order initiative with a commitment to migrate approximately 75% of deposits off a 20+ year old ‘bank in a box’ application.

Following the successful Jamaica pilot, the programme is entering its most complex phase, requiring delivery across four additional countries within a significantly compressed timeframe.

Delays experienced during the pilot have reduced the available implementation window, requiring multiple countries and delivery phases to execute in parallel rather than sequentially.

This role will provide programme management and business analysis leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of Design, Testing, Operational Readiness, Migration and Post-Go-Live activities while maintaining strong governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment.

The successful candidate will act as a central Cross Operations lead, coordinating delivery across Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Risk and Programme teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, governance, dependency management and execution across multiple country rollouts.
• Coordinate Design, Testing, Operational Readiness, Migration and Post-Go-Live activities across Operations, Finance, Technology, Product and Risk.
• Manage risks, issues, milestones, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Support business analysis, operating model changes, controls assessments and process redesign.
• Ensure operational readiness, migration preparedness and successful country execution.
• Maintain compliance with Citi programme governance and regulatory commitments.

Leadership, Influence & Adaptability

Programme Delivery & Governance

• Drive planning, execution and delivery across multiple country migrations.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and critical path activities.
• Ensure consistent and timely reporting to senior Operations and programme governance forums.
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple business lines and functional teams.
• Lead governance routines, decision tracking and escalation management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve programme execution effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation and data-driven insights to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, accelerate delivery and optimize programme outcomes.

 

Business Analysis & Operating Model Transformation

• Assess impacts of target-state solutions on Operations, Finance and Control environments.
• Perform end-to-end business process and operating model analysis.
• Define and validate business requirements and operational impacts.
• Support reconciliation, controls and operational process redesign activities.
• Ensure requirements are traced through design, testing and implementation.
• Able to independently lead and facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.

 

 

Testing & Implementation Support

• Support test strategy, readiness assessments and defect management.
• Coordinate Operations testing activities across stakeholders.
• Assess business and operational impacts of defects and design changes.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation throughout testing cycles.
• Analyze testing progress across multiple dimensions including execution rates, defect trends, coverage, country readiness and critical path milestones to provide delivery projections, identify emerging risks and drive targeted remediation actions.

 

Operational Readiness & Migration

• Lead operational readiness planning and execution.
• Coordinate readiness scorecards, training, SOP reviews and entitlement assessments.
• Support migration rehearsals, cutovers and go-live planning.
• Identify operational risks and contingency requirements.
• Drive execution of migration readiness activities across all impacted teams.

 

Post Go-Live Stabilization

• Support hypercare governance and issue management.
• Monitor operational performance and emerging risks.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure successful transition into steady-state operations.

 

Risk, Controls & Compliance

• Identify programme risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with Citi programme governance and CPMC standards.
• Support control reviews, risk assessments and management reporting.
• Maintain focus on regulatory and Consent Order commitments throughout delivery.

• 10+ years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Strategic Transformation leadership.
• Experience leading major regulatory, operational or technology transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across Operations, Finance and Technology.
• Strong programme leadership and delivery management capabilities.

 

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of:

• Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
• Banking Operations experience.
• Finance experience/Front to back experience
• Large-scale migration or platform replacement experience.
• Data migration and legacy-to-target-state transformation experience.
• Operational readiness and testing experience.
• Reconciliations, controls and accounting process knowledge.
• Experience working on Consent Order, regulatory or risk remediation programmes.
• Experience supporting multi-country or global implementations.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile qualification.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
