Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities within the IT purchasing commodity (intake requests, stakeholder engagement, source and price analysis)
- Assist with developing and facilitating Request for Proposals (RFPs), to include but not limited to: drafting RFP documents, completing NDAs, bidder coordination, evaluation reviews, and award negotiations
- Collect and analyze data on IT market trends, potential suppliers, and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Collaborate with international Purchasing teammates in developing an IT Category Strategy to be used globally
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Supply Chain or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with negotiation concepts is a plus

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
