Your Area of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project outcome and success by achieving the defined project objectives and meeting customer’s expectations
- Coach and guide team members of the project
- Responsible to manage the scope, quality, budget and schedule of the project
- Lead the project in terms of activities, planning and costs tracking
- Identify, anticipate risks and suggest options of mitigation in order to build and maintain a strong positive working relationship with project stakeholders
- Facilitate project execution with stakeholders
- Define and implement the appropriate & comprehensive approach for Change Management including a stakeholder impact analysis
- Accountable for the delivery of the expected project documentation
- Actively build commitment as well as motivate and lead the team to project success
Your Qualification and Experience:
- >6 years of experience in Project Management of complex technical projects
- Industry experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences Informatics domain is a must
- Degree in Chemistry, Bioinformatics, etc. or an equivalent work experience
- Worked with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe)
- Sound organisational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget
- Experience in leading virtual teams
- Team player who is able to deliver, collaborate and possesses fluency in English and French (in writing and speaking)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management on various levels of the organization: business Subject Matter Experts, technical experts and senior stakeholders
- Excelling document management practices
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity
- Experience within regulated environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomous, flexible and proactive
