Description
Analyze, document, and support end-to-end SAP manufacturing processes, including PP, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, production orders, execution, confirmations, and quality-related activities. Support manufacturing master data and process design for materials, BOMs, routings, production versions, engineer-to-order data, and PLM-to-SAP S/4HANA integration to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support SAP manufacturing integration with PLM, MES, Planning, MM, Procurement, EWM, and Quality, while maintaining awareness of EAM and EPPM touchpoints. Gather, validate, and document requirements; translate them into functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and traceable deliverables. Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, analysts, and project teams to identify gaps, recommend improvements, deliver solutions, and drive standardization. Support project execution across design, configuration, prototyping, testing, defect triage, UAT, cutover, deployment readiness, hypercare, training, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot functional and application issues, escalate risks, assess requirement or scope impacts, manage priorities, and build strong business and technology relationships Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing processes, including the design, configuration, and optimization of end-to-end production planning and execution scenarios within SAP environments. Extensive understanding of Variant Configuration, including configurable materials, characteristics, classes, dependencies, super BOMs, and super routings, enabling the efficient management of complex product portfolios and customer-specific manufacturing requirements. Proven ability to align business requirements with configurable product models, streamline order fulfillment processes, improve manufacturing flexibility, and support scalable production operations while ensuring data accuracy, process standardization, and seamless integration across planning, production, procurement, and supply chain functions Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes, with strong expertise in SAP PP. Strong experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes, including planning, production execution, production order management, confirmations, shop floor material staging, and manufacturing master data management. Experience with manufacturing master data integration between PLM and SAP S/4HANA, including BOMs, routings, materials, production versions, and engineering change processes. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA integration with PLM and MES systems. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and testable business scenarios. Proven experience participating in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations or major enhancements across analysis, design, configuration support, testing, deployment, training, data conversion, and post-go-live support. Strong understanding of cross-functional integration across manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, particularly in manufacturing and cross-functional environments. Ability to work independently with limited direction and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with T4S/T4ST integration frameworks for Teamcenter PLM to SAP S/4HANA integration. Familiarity of SAP BTP integration with non-SAP applications. Familiarity with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) for interface monitoring and error handling. Experience with SAP QM and related quality management processes in manufacturing environments. Exposure integration with SAP EWM, EAM, and EPPM. Experience in engineer-to-order or complex discrete manufacturing environments. Experience working in both agile and waterfall project delivery environments. Exposure enterprise platforms beyond SAP, including low-code/no-code platforms and related business process tools.
