Key Responsibilities
Product Management Governance Support
- Support Global Product Managers (GPMs) in planning, coordinating, and conducting G6 and G7 governance reviews.
- Ensure governance readiness through preparation of review documentation, compilation of business insights, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain governance records, track actions and decisions, and monitor follow-through to ensure timely closure and transparency of outcomes.
Project Proposal Management
- Drive the development and maintenance of Product Requirement Proposals (PRPs) in TECTOOL, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate requirements, evaluate inputs, and support proposal development.
- Monitor proposal progress and facilitate timely progression through review and approval workflows.
Product Roadmap execution support
- Support execution of product roadmap initiatives by coordinating stage-gate reviews and key project milestones.
- Consolidate and monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
- Prepare governance documentation and facilitate effective communication and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
Product Management Support
- Develop and maintain product leaflets, brochures, presentations, catalogs, and other product marketing collateral.
- Partner with Product Managers, Marketing Communications teams, and technical subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Support product launches and commercialization initiatives through timely delivery of marketing, communication, and training materials.
Marketing Asset Management
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of DTR marketing materials, training assets, and product documentation.
- Establish and enforce document governance standards, including version control, accessibility, and information security requirements.
- Administer user access permissions and ensure appropriate control and availability of content for global stakeholders.
Data and Process Management
- Maintain and govern product-related data, documentation, presentations, and records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and execution of product management activities.
