The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of multiple strategic business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. By partnering with senior leadership, the position supports informed decision-making, continuous process enhancements, and effective communication across stakeholders. The Growth PMO team operates at the nexus of strategy, talent, and execution, collaborating with Global Tech and AI, Product & Design to develop systems that support associate growth. Leading initiatives across Early Careers, the Fellows Program, competencies, promotion processes, and manager enablement, the team shapes how technical talent is attracted, developed, and advanced. With a broad impact across the technical talent lifecycle, the team partners with leaders and cross-functional groups to solve complex challenges, enhance the associate experience, and build scalable talent solutions that drive business success today and prepare for the future.
What you'll do...
- Lead strategic talent growth initiatives spanning skills and competencies, promotion processes, and manager enablement to strengthen how technical talent is developed and advanced across the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- Use data, metrics, and stakeholder insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build trusted partnerships, navigate ambiguity, and connect strategy with execution to deliver meaningful outcomes and an exceptional associate and manager experience.

- Proven program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and insights to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve programs.
- Experience designing or improving business processes, operating models, or talent programs, with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
