Role summary:As the Senior Manager, Technology Operations, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role requires managing complex programs, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will oversee financial and organizational aspects while influencing decision-making and guiding change management efforts. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency within a dynamic and evolving environment.
About the team:
The team leads the strategy and execution of return capabilities across Walmart’s international marketplace and fulfillment networks. It collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketplace, and Market teams to deliver scalable solutions enhancing seller, customer, and associate experiences. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the team translates complex business challenges into effective product and technical investments. It drives alignment across multiple markets, creating a unified roadmap for domestic and cross-border returns. Success requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering impactful results.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
