Associate Director Capital Reporting and Performance

Job Purpose

 

Act as the central reporting, governance and performance management lead for the global WREF capital program, supporting and reporting into the Head of Real Estate & Capital. The role provides program-level oversight, reporting and decision support across all regions, partnering with Project Delivery Managers, Programme Directors and Finance teams to ensure consistent governance, forecasting, performance management and executive visibility of capital investment outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Owning the capital program reporting, analytics and performance management.
• Act as the primary reporting and performance management partner to the Head of Real Estate & Capital.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting, governance and forecasting processes for capital projects across the capital program.
• Coordinate reporting inputs from Project Delivery Managers, Programme Director and partner with Finance teams across all regions.
• Produce reporting and insights to support capital allocation, prioritization and investment decisions for WREF LT.
• Monitor program performance, spend, forecasts, risks and delivery outcomes against approved plans.
• Ensure compliance with capital governance requirements, financial policies and reporting standards.
• Identify program risks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools, processes and data quality.
• Support governance forums and decision-making through timely and accurate program insights.

 

Why You?

 

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline with 16+ years of experience
• 5+ years' experience in capital programme management, PMO, program reporting, financial planning/analysis, project controls or capital governance within a complex global organization.
• Applies expertise in capital program reporting, governance and financial performance management to provide global program oversight, executive reporting and decision support for the Head of Real Estate & Capital
• Analyses complex program performance, forecasting and governance issues across regions, identifying risks, trends and improvement opportunities to support investment decisions and program optimization.
• Builds strong collaborative relationships across a global stakeholder network including Project Delivery Managers, Programme Directors, Finance teams and senior WREF leaders. Influences decision-making through data-driven insights, manages competing priorities, and communicates capital program information in a clear and concise manner for executive audiences.
• Works across a global capital program, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse regions and cultures to deliver consistent governance, reporting and performance management.
• Supports project and capital investment decisions by providing reporting, insights, governance oversight and performance reporting that enable effective prioritization and delivery of WREF strategic objective
