Job Title: Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime- MI and Reporting, VP
Location: Manila

Work Schedule: 12NN-9PM
Your role as Head of the team will include the review and control of a portfolio of reports, the steering and development of an international team, and development and control of a wider Reporting related Book-of-Work, including the remediation of Findings.

Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly Group-level risk profile report for C&AFC senior management, risk committees, and the management and supervisory board
- Produce audience-oriented content, ensure accuracy, and timeliness
- Coordinate the cataloguing of contextual risk data as inputs to risk profile report, including the structured capture of operational risk events and findings, ensuring data is accurate and consistently recorded
- Key C&AFC report production contact for global network of key stakeholders across the C&AFC organization
- Day-to-day management of local team and maintenance and reporting of team KPIs for oversight and to inform escalation
- As part of the wider leadership team, support related strategic activities around C&AFC MI and reporting more widely
Your skills and experience
- Excellent editorial, analysis and writing skills, ability to connect content and form holistic storylines. Ability to collect and transform submitted content into narratives and guide content producer to submit better written updates
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the risk frameworks of Deutsche Bank
- Experience managing people and engaging with senior stakeholders. Proven experience in leading teams across locations
- Robust, credible, and organizationally savvy, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly
- Background / experience in similar field that emphasizes clear and concise writing, analysis and insights from a wide array of sources.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
