Position Overview
Chenango Memorial Hospital, a member of United Health Services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Walk-In Clinic team in beautiful Norwich, New York.This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while enjoying a strong work-life balance and the support of an integrated healthcare system.

Annual Compensation Range:
$420,000-$480,000-----
Position Highlights
- Join a busy and well-established Walk-In Clinic
- Clinic staffed by two APPs
- Average daily volume of 40-50 patients, approximately 20-25 patients per provider
- Salary Range $147,000-$171,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Shared coverage schedule with fellow APP providers
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certified or board eligible
- New York State license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous urgent care, walk-in, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
