The CEO has responsibility for the overall financial direction and stability of the agency. This position is also responsible for overseeing operations of the agency including purchasing and maintenance/transportation

Requirements
Financial Oversight: Provides direct financial oversight for all agency financial matters
Compliance: Oversees compliance with state and federal rules and regulations regarding Developmental Disability services. Assures financial compliance with all applicable accounting standards. Reviews and assures accuracy of all required federal and state returns and filings. Knowledge of all relevant accounting regulation and specific rules, regulations and practices that relate to service delivery within the IDD system..
Budgeting: Oversees and finalizes draft agency budget for Board of Directors and executive team
Payroll: Oversees and reviews payroll batch transmissions for agency payroll
Administration: Works collaboratively with the agency Chief Executive Officer to implement policies. Works collaboratively as part of the Administrative management team. Oversees and provides direction to the agency’s Purchasing, Maintenance, and Finance Departments. Maintains positive working relationship with contracted IT Services.
Contract Management: Reviews completed contracts and assure contract compliance as assigned. Monitors and assures finance related HCPF contract deliverables.
Strategic Planning: Participates in development of the agency’s strategic plan and in the identification of metrics to measure plan achievement. Coordinates collection of metrics and assures data is entered into metrics spreadsheet as required. Reviews and communicates trends in metrics.
