We're headquartered in Australia with regional offices across South East Asia, and we're on a mission to help our global community live stronger, happier lives.
The Opportunity
Great recruitment starts with a great candidate experience.
In the newly created role of State Talent Acquisition Specialist (looking after club operations vacancies for Goodlife Health Clubs, Queensland), you will play a key role in ensuring our Club Managers have access to the talent they need to deliver exceptional experiences for our members, as we centralise our recruitment processes.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for club-based roles across your state, partnering closely with Regional Managers, Club Managers and other operational leaders to attract, assess and secure great talent. This is a high-volume, hands-on recruitment role where you will manage multiple vacancies at once while maintaining a consistent, efficient and engaging experience for every candidate.
You will bring structure, pace and process excellence to club recruitment, from advertising and screening through to interviews, offers and pre-employment checks. You will also build talent pipelines for future workforce needs and support the development and delivery of group recruitment and assessment activities alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead.
As a trusted recruitment partner to our operational teams, you will use recruitment insights, market feedback and candidate experience data to identify opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our employer brand, improving speed to hire and ensuring our clubs can continue to deliver exceptional member experiences.
There is an element of travel required across the Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas required within this role.
