Job Summary
Provide HR operational support for one or more Southeast Asia countries, ensuring timely and accurate execution of employee lifecycle, payroll and HR administration processes while delivering excellent employee experience and maintaining compliance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
HR Operations Delivery
- Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- Support payroll preparation, validation and post-payroll activities.
- Maintain employee master data and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure HR transactions are processed according to defined procedures and service level agreements.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Compliance & Risk Control
- Follow local labor regulations, payroll requirements and company policies.
- Execute HR processes in accordance with ICS/SOX controls and audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate HR processes.
- Participate in operational excellence, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively learn and expand expertise across multiple HR operational areas.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services or related areas.
