The Associate and Agentic Experiences team within Wellbeing domain delivers advanced digital solutions supporting compensation and benefits for Walmart’s global associate community. Positioned at the nexus of technology and human impact, the team leads modernization efforts to simplify complex user journeys and unify global systems into a seamless digital platform. By integrating AI, the team enhances engagement with pay and benefits. Focused on scalable development, user-centric design, and impactful outcomes, the team fosters collaboration and innovation across technical and business domains to improve everyday experiences worldwide.
What you'll do:
- Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
- Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, support defect management, and ensure high-quality software delivery through continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
- Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with platform objectives.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated technical judgment and ownership with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
