In this role, you will provide operational coordination and day-to-day support across Medical (Major Medical) and Life insurance operations, with a strong focus on claims management and customer service. You will work directly with insured members and client stakeholders, helping ensure timely resolutions, accurate policy movements, and a consistently high service experience.
We will count on you to:
- Coordinate and manage claims-related activities end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with the appropriate parties.
- Provide advisory support to insured members, delivering clear guidance and high-touch customer service throughout the process.
- Handle and track policy movements and service requests (operational transactions), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time execution.
- Maintain strong administration and control of activities, including documentation, status tracking, and adherence to internal/client service standards.
- Attend in-person client visits as needed (typically at client sites located on the outskirts), representing Marsh professionally and supporting service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, results-oriented operation (this role is more operational than commercial).
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in final stages (administration, business, engineering, psychology, or similar). Law degrees are not considered for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Major Medical and Life insurance operations.
- Strong customer service experience (required), with confidence managing member/client communications.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables and charts).
- Intermediate-advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills (this is an important requirement for the role).
What makes you stand out:
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and maintain a high service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operational processes.
Why join our team:
• We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
• We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
