Irrigreen relies on efficient data management to deliver world-class services. We are currently seeking an analytical and meticulous Records Management Associate to join our talented team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about organization, confident in their ability to handle confidential information, and skilled in data analysis. Responsibilities: Creation and maintenance of comprehensive records and databases encompassing all areas of the business, ensuring relevant, accurate, and timely data. Regular review and update of these records according to company policies and applicable legislation. Collaboration with departmental and organizational stakeholders to identify, classify, and manage daily business records. Conducting routine audits of records and databases to assure integrity; verifying data inputs and rectifying discrepancies. Implementation and enforcement of records retention and disposition schedules as per regulatory requirements and business needs. Implementation of records disaster recovery plan and ensuring continuity of access. Administering of electronic records management systems and coordinating staff training on these tools. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Management, Information Technology, or Library Sciences. A combination of related education and work experience may be considered. Minimum 2 years experience of records management or a similar role. Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and data warehouse functions. Strong understanding of best practices in records management. Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance issues related to records management. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting data inconsistencies. High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive company data in a confidential manner.
