HR Executive
Looking to take the next step in your HR career? We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key people operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on role and wants exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, CV screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees, including system access, communications, and orientation support.
- Prepare and maintain timesheet reports, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
- Assist with payroll processing, payslip verification, and payroll-related submissions.
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, certifications, and benefits documentation in line with data protection requirements.
- Support performance review administration, employee benefits management, and related HR processes.
- Process employee-related reimbursements, training expenses, memberships, and subscriptions.
- Coordinate offboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries.
- Assist with external funding schemes, accreditation processes, and HR compliance activities.
- Promote adherence to internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR, People Operations, or Human Resources Administration role.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration processes.
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
