Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Drive recruitment and on boarding processes for new hires
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Manage employee records and HR databases
- Participate in performance management processes
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Ensure HR procedures, policies and functions are successfully executed and implemented within the organization
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field. SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Building & Construction or Manufacturing industries
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, Statutory Programmes and MOM Work Pass procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Times Pay / HR software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in industrial and non-centralised location (shuttle buses available from multiple locations)
