- Reporting to:HR Manager / Head of HR
- location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Experiece:5–6 years of relevant HR experience

About the Opportunity
One of our clients, a premier investment partner with nearly two decades of experience developing, leading, and accelerating growth across an extensive portfolio of businesses in various sectors — including real estate, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare — is looking for an HR Executive to support its Human Resources function by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and government-related HR activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS.
- Coordinate Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Iqama, visa and related HR processes.
- Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance records.
- Handle employee relations and HR queries.
- Support performance management activities.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with PROs and relevant government authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. CIPD, SHRM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Language Requirements
- English — Mandatory
- Arabic — Mandatory (Read, Write & Speak)
- Hindi/Tamil — Preferred
