About the Role
You will be working within the Engineering and Infrastructure Department providing a wide range of administrative support along with other administrative team members.
- Answer telephones and emails
- Liaise with contractors, create, process work orders and invoices.
- Process of utility invoices and tracking of spreadsheet
Classifications for this position will be HS1A ($54,839 per annum pro rata) - HS17 based on previous experience within public health
Your Contribution
- Computer skills and good knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain

About the Engineering & Infrastructure Team
St Vincent's Engineering & Infrastructure provides corrective and preventative maintenance of all hospital facilities and buildings and manage minor & major projects and asset renewal programs
Engineering also manage main utilities and essential services, ensure compliance with the Building Commission, Building Regulations and Department of Health guidelines.
