About the Host & Role Overview

Key Learning Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure consistency.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are accurately logged in the accounting system.
• Using accounting software (XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks) to generate accounting reports
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage trust accounting for property management and sales systems, including receipting and reconciliation.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate deductions, payments, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, handling inquiries, and general bookkeeping tasks.
