As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, vendor, and employee activity for unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Maintain required reports and communicate incidents, observations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least five years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
