Clinical Rheumatologist
Ochsner Health – RHEUMATOLOGY

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible CLINICAL RHEUMATOLOGIST. Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system with more than 40,000 employees and over 4,900 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South.

Physicians directly from residency training or with experience will be considered. Salary offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and training. Practice in a rewarding clinical setting at Ochsner Medical Center New Orleans. The position involves teaching fellows, residents and students along with clinical research.

Position Highlights:

• Nine half-day outpatient clinic sessions per week with a balanced clinical schedule
• Participate in fellow education and inpatient consult service coverage approximately every 7 to 8 weeks
• Newly purchased musculoskeletal ultrasound equipment available for clinical use
• Dedicated rheumatology PharmD and comprehensive multidisciplinary support
