Provide operational oversight of third party leave vendor. Administer accommodations programs. • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Safety, Risk, Legal, and external vendors to implement regulatory changes, policy enhancements, and process improvements that strengthen leave and accommodation programs.
  • Analyze leave and accommodation data, metrics, and trends in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve program effectiveness and service delivery.
  • Serve as a key liaison among employees, leaders, third-party vendors, Legal, and HR partners to resolve complex and sensitive leave and accommodation matters through effective communication, conflict resolution, and influence.
  • Continuously assess program performance and recommend improvements to policies, processes, and service models.
  • Deliver guidance, training, and consultation to leaders and HR partners on leave administration, workplace accommodations, return-to-work practices, and related compliance requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization to drive consistent application of leave and accommodation practices while balancing employee needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and business initiatives, providing strategic consultation, risk assessment, and recommendations related to leave management, accommodations, and employee support programs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
